Security Policy Compliance:

Ensure that all IT security incidents are logged, assigned, tracked, and meet with SLA.

Security Incident Reporting:

Report security operation incidents to the relevant IT Teams on a timely manner.

Security Incident Response:

Ensure effective coordination of security operation team escalations and follow-through with internal IT teams for incident remediation. Assist in developing and implementing incident response plans and participate in investigating and resolving security incidents.

Security Documentation:

Maintain accurate documentation of security incident procedures, and reports.

Security Awareness:

Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, and trends. Coordinate with the security operation team on the recommendations for improving security measures to mitigate the threats.

• Higher Nitec/Diploma in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience in IT security roles, including hands-on experience with security tools and technologies. (i.e. Firewall, Antivirus, email security, DLP, web proxy, etc.)
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
